About these terms

These terms cover your use of the XDIGITAL website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using the site, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up — email hello@xdigital.au.

What we do

We build fast websites for local service businesses and manage their online presence — including Google Business Profile management, reviews, hosting, maintenance and, on our top tier, Google Ads management.

Fees & plans

Setup: a one-time setup fee covers building and launching your website.
Monthly plans: after setup, you choose a monthly plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month.
Ad spend: on the Accelerate plan, advertising spend is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to Google. It is not included in the plan price.
Price changes: your plan price stays the same while you are a customer; any pricing changes apply to new customers or are notified in advance.

Cancelling

There is no long lock-in. You can cancel any time with 30 days notice so we can wind things down cleanly. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable, but you will not be charged beyond your notice period.

What you own

You own your domain, your content and your website files. If you leave, we hand over your site files. The ongoing managed services (hosting and Google Business Profile management) stop when your plan ends.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and the access we need (for example, to your Google Business Profile) to do the work.
Make sure content and materials you provide are yours to use and are not misleading or unlawful.
Keep your account and ad billing details (where relevant) up to date.

Results & third parties

We work hard to get you found and to keep your site fast and reliable, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, search positions, lead volumes or revenue — those depend on Google, your market and factors outside our control. Parts of the service rely on third parties (such as Google and our hosting provider), and their own terms and availability apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
