No spin · no jargon

The questions you're
actually thinking.

You've been burned before, or you've heard the horror stories. Fair enough. Here are the straight answers — the ones most agencies bury in a contract.

Our commitment

You're never locked in.

There's no long contract here. If you decide to leave — for any reason — we hand over your website files within one business day, along with your content and data. No exit fees, no friction. We'd rather earn your business each month than trap you in it.

Switching to us

No downtime when you switch.

Already have a website? It stays live and taking enquiries the entire time we build your new one alongside it. We only switch the two over at the final moment — so you never lose a minute of business, or a single call, in the move.

01 The monthly

You can pay a one-off elsewhere — and most people who do end up with a dead site within a year. The subscription isn't us renting you a website; it's us being on the hook for hosting, security, updates, your Google listing and your results, every single month. A site and a Google profile are living things. The fee keeps them alive and keeps us motivated to make them work for you.

Three things, and the depth scales with your plan. At the Foundation level: hosting and security, all your edits and updates, active management of your Google Business Profile (posts, photos, details and review responses), and a plain-English monthly report. Growth adds active local SEO — weekly posts, review-generation campaigns, suburb/service landing pages, citations and rank tracking. Accelerate adds Google Ads management on top. Your site sits on Vercel's enterprise-grade infrastructure — a global CDN, automatic scaling and DDoS protection — so it stays fast and steady without you thinking about it.

Your price is locked for as long as you're with us. If we ever change pricing, it's for new customers — not a surprise on your next invoice.

02 Your Google listing & reviews

Yes — it's one of the two main things you're paying for. We set up and run your Google Business Profile: keeping your details accurate, posting updates, adding photos, picking the right categories, and replying to reviews. That's what gets you showing up in Maps and the local "near me" results.

We give you a simple, friendly way to ask happy customers right after the job — a link or a quick message, no badgering. Then we help you reply to every review that lands. More recent reviews build trust and help you climb the local results.

Honestly, it varies. We get your profile properly set up from day one, but Google decides how fast you climb — it usually builds over weeks and months as reviews and activity stack up. Anyone promising "#1 next week" is guessing.

Yes. Your domain, your content and your brand are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over your site files — no drama. We'd rather you stay because it's working, not because you're trapped.

03 Contracts & commitment

No long lock-in. We ask for 30 days' notice to wind things down cleanly — that's it. If we're not earning our keep, you walk. That threat of you leaving is exactly what keeps us sharp. It's the whole point of the model.

We hand over your website files so you can host it elsewhere or take it to another provider. The managed services — hosting and your Google Business Profile management — stop (those were the monthly part), but you walk away with everything that's yours.

The one-time setup fee ($990, normally $2,997) covers the full website build — the copywriting, the design, building the pages, and getting everything launched and your Google Business Profile set up. It's real work done up front, priced honestly rather than buried into the monthly. After that, your plan is purely for keeping it running and getting you found. We keep the setup low on purpose so the decision to start is easy — the model only works if you stay because it's working.

04 Getting started

No — that's the whole point of our no-downtime switchover. Your existing site stays live and taking enquiries the whole time we build the new one alongside it. We only switch the two over at the final moment, so there's never a window where a customer lands on a dead page. You don't lose an hour of business.

Most sites go live within 1–2 weeks of our kickoff call, depending on how fast you get us your details and photos. We set your Google Business Profile up at the same time, so you're visible from launch.

Not at all. We work with all kinds of local service businesses — trades like electricians and plumbers, but also salons, clinics, gyms, cleaners, cafés and studios. If your customers are local and they find you by searching, this is built for you.

Surprisingly little. A 15-minute call, your logo and a few photos if you have them, and the basics about your services and area. We write the copy, build the site and set up your Google listing. You barely lift a finger.
